Camera-Ready Instructions

These instructions cover full and short research papers as well as workshop papers.

★Attention★:

April 12, 2016 (Tuesday), April 15, 2016 (Friday), is a firm deadline for all camera-ready copies! All submissions of camera-ready copies must be done through EasyChair.

Please follow the list of instructions carefully:

  1. Consider the comments given by the reviewers
  2. You will need to include a personalized ACM copyright block on the first page of your paper. For this, ACM will send you an email with information about how to fill and submit a copyright release form in the next weeks
    1. Fill and submit the copyright form
    2. Include the ACM copyright block (which you will receive from ACM in response of the submitted copyright release form) on the first page of your camera-ready paper
  3. Ensure adherence to ACM format requirements. For this, use one of the templates available at: http://www.acm.org/publications/article-templates/proceedings-template.html
  4. Pay attention to ACM Computing Classification categories and keywords (see: http://www.acm.org/about/class/2012)
  5. Please consult the notification e-mail to check that paper adheres to page limits
  6. Check paper format: PDF format, US-Letter size (8.5x11 inches) (No A4)
  7. Be sure that there are no bad page or column breaks -- Meaning no widows or orphans (last line of a paragraph at the top of a column http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Widow_%28typesetting%29 ). Section and Subsection headings should remain with at least two lines of body text when near the end of a page or column. Do not modify the margins of the paper to gain space. If the margins are modified, the paper will be returned to the author
  8. Do not include page numbers, this will be done by the proceedings chair
  9. All fonts should have Type 1 fonts (scalable), not Type 3 (bit-mapped)
  10. All fonts MUST be embedded within the PDF file. There are instructions from ACM, how to embed the fonts: http://www.acm.org/publications/WORD%20to%20PDF%20instructions.txt
    Submit camera-ready paper no later than April 12, 2016 using your EasyChair account
  11. At least one author must register for the conference. This author must register before April 12, 2016

Wrong paper size and incorrect copyright blocks are the most common errors. Please send all camera-ready paper related questions to the proceedings chairs:
